Brad has been enormously helpful with managing our property. We spent the winter in Florida and Brad handled everything for us. We are new to the area and he managed heating, electric, carpentry repairs for us in addition to regular property visits. Brad takes care of our vacation home when we aren’t there. We don’t have to worry about it at all because we always know it is in good hands with him. He does weekly visits to keep an eye on critical systems, and he has also helped us arrange some repairs and mechanical equipment replacements. He schedules many of the annual property services we need and meets the contractors on-site, so we don’t have to be there. There is great comfort in knowing we can count on him to be at our home when we are away.

Brad has been kind enough to come to our rescue when we find ourselves away from Bucks County for extended periods of time. Recently, when we became concerned about our pipes freezing in the 4° temperatures, Brad was there within the hour to check for us. He found the pipes frozen, turned the water off at the source, and saved our pipes from splitting. He followed up after the temp rose above freezing and let us know that they had thawed and that the water was running properly.
