Property Monitoring
A security system may be nice, but nothing replaces in-person property visits while you are away for an extended period of time. Whether it’s a two-week vacation or half the year, I can keep an eye on things so problems can be avoided or fixed as soon as possible.
These visits may be geared to checking both indoor and/or outdoor systems and assessing and remediating any damage caused by storms or high winds.
Property Management
Staying on top of routine maintenance and quality control of home service providers can feel like a task that never ends. I can coordinate and oversee lawn and garden care, snow plowing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, heating and air conditioning maintenance, security controls, pool care, pond care, and more.
If you aren’t happy with your current providers I can also suggest better new ones from the many providers I have worked with over the last 20 years. I can help you create the perfect roster of contractors to care for your property with the expertise to suit your individual home’s needs.
Repair List Management
It can feel like there is always something that needs to be fixed, especially on larger properties. Not sure what needs to be done first or how best to tackle repairs? We can walk your property together and come up with a prioritized to-do list of needed repairs and preventative maintenance suggestions.
I can develop a list, suggest a plan for getting them completed, and find the right providers to get the jobs done.
Construction Supervision
Even after hiring the right team of providers, large construction or renovation project benefits from proper oversight. On a commercial site, that would be a foreman. For your home, this could be me. Experience has taught me the proper way things should be done and how long they should take.
If you need repairs or renovations completed and prefer to have someone be your eyes and ears during the process to make sure things go according to plan and schedule, I can be there to prevent added costs and stress.
